	For this experiment we used Sunkist Navel oranges. Not as good as Valencia for making juice, but we had to settle with what we could get.
	The deaeration process is conducted through off-the-shelve juice squeezer and vacuum storage bag.
	Ask a friend to try the juice, both deaerated and not. Here we did a single-blind test.
