Occupy Central—the Hong Kong version of Occupy Wall Street and one of the last remanents of the movement—is being cleared out today. Its participants should reflect on why it has not gain traction like the concurrent Occupy Central Government Complex movement. Perhaps their position is too left-leaning in the free-market-oriented Hong Kong? Was there a planned and persistent attempt to explain their position to the public?
