Office 2013都已經出咗，中大有乜理由仲要求學生係IT test用Office 2003？ 有免費嘅Microsoft Security Essentials唔用，又硬係要迫人用Kaspersky Anti-virus？
Why is CUHK still testing students with Office 2003 when Office 2013 is already out? Why is it requiring knowledge of Kaspersky anti-virus when there is the free Microsoft Security Essentials?
